UL-CCIC has been recognized by the IECEE (IEC System for Conformity Testing and Certification of Electrical Equipment) as a CB Testing Laboratory (CBTL).

With the recognition, UL-CCIC is able to provide testing services for manufacturers in the industries of Information Technology Equipment (OFF), Audio/ Video (TRON) and small household appliances (HOUS) according to the Standards of IEC 60950-1, IEC 60065, and IEC 60335 series respectively under the IECEE CB Scheme.

Under the CB Scheme that allows mutual recognition of testing reports among signatory countries, UL-CCIC can now help local manufacturers get national certifications in the more than 40 member countries of the CB Scheme. UL-CCIC is the first Sino-foreign joint-venture laboratory recognized as a CBTL under the China Quality Certification Center (CQC), the National Certification Body (NCB) in Mainland China.

Throughout the world, UL has many offices that are CBTLs or NCBs of the CB Scheme. With the CBTL status, UL-CCIC can provide clients with bundled certification scheme for obtaining the UL Mark, C-UL Mark, UL GS Mark, CE Marking, Argentina S Mark, Brazilian INMETRO Mark, as well as the Japanese DENAN PSE Mark and S Mark.
