into China or distributed in China without first being certificated
in accordance with the CCC requirements. |

The CCC Mark, which was introduced
on May 1,2002, replaced the previous CCIB Mark and CCEE or Great
Wall Mark. Imported products without the CCC marking will be
held at the border by the Chinese Customs and subject to penalties. |
